From ongoing street maintenance to major infrastructure improvements, the Public Works Department is dedicated to improving and maintaining Burien's streets and infrastructure. Public Works staff work throughout the year on various projects, such as installing safer crosswalks, maintaining stormwater systems, and improving streets and traffic flows.
